Basic Navigation
Works Overview
- Jump between the Call Centre, Customer Requests, Inspections, Work Tickets and the Scheduler.
- This menu provides the aggregate view for all Customer Request, Inspections and Work Tickets.
Information Tabs
- Each tab will display a different set of tools within the active window.
- Choose between the Summary page, Programmed Maintenance, Maintenance Planning Reports or Tools and Configurations.
Tools and Configuration Menu
- The Tools and Configurations menu can also be accessed via the side bar.
Advanced Reporting Tools
- Use these options to customise reports on Customer Requests, Work Tickets and Work Items.
Active Window
- This is where the active information or selected page is displayed.
